Best Small Glock - The Glock 43 is just that, a subcompact 9mm with stealth and convenience in mind. The 43 was the precursor to the upgraded 43x, which made significant improvements on important aspects of the original Glock 43. The question is whether or not the Glock 43 is a great firearm. Read on for my thoughts on the Glock 43.
And, of course, it was designed this way with concealed carry in mind. The Glock 43 is very small and fits well in pockets (or a safe), as well as anklets and all kinds of bags. This gun is the perfect size for any way you want to carry it, but it does have its limitations.

The stock magazine doesn't hold much. You only have six shifts to work with, which is a big problem for me. In a tight situation, I don't think six rounds will cut it, especially with heavy adrenaline and a tendency for guns to take more hits than expected. You can get a revolver that has almost no chance of bothering and hurting you.

Let's talk about setbacks. Bottom line for subcompacts: It's always amazing. The frames aren't large enough to reduce the sharp force of the 9mm, so you'll find that recoil is a bit more of a struggle than with a compact. The shot is boisterous, but not uncontrollable. That said, I don't really bring the 43 unless it's to drill.
43 has maintained Glock's trademark reliability. I've only experienced a couple of jams in 1000 rounds. Reliability is a big aspect of choosing a carry gun; 43 gives if you feel like carrying it. It's not likely to fail you.
Accuracy is decent. I don't usually go beyond 25 yards when it comes to subcompacts, and the Glock 43 performed well at that range. i did it
I have a problem where I noticed that I jerked a little because of the faster back. After that was fixed, the 43 worked well for 25 yards.
Best Glock Pistols: The Ultimate Guide For Glock Shooters
I have to admit that I really like the look of the Glock 43. I've always been in love with a miniature version of my favorite gun. It's the same as the compact G19 and the full-size G17, just scaled down. It's still very much a Glock in function and appearance.
At $499, the same as a Gen 4 Glock 19. There is no option to purchase this as anything other than a collector's item or for review.
The Glock 43 is fine, but I definitely wouldn't rush out to buy it. It works well but lacks decent capability and is awkward to recoil (something important especially when you're thinking of buying it as a gift for someone), but if you like Glocks, this would be a good addition to your collection if you don't have one. be against it inflates the money.
Richard Douglas is a long-time shooter, outdoor enthusiast and technologist. He is the founder and editor of Scopes Field, and a columnist for The National Interest, Cheaper Than Dirt, the Daily Caller, and other publications. Whether you're a battle-hardened veteran or even an anti-gunner, thanks to popular media, "Glock" has become a byword for everyone, everywhere. While the uninformed may think it's just slang for "gun," we do know that Glock is an Austrian-based firearms manufacturer with American roots in Georgia. They have been in business for almost 40 years and have dozens of models to choose from.

Note: Not all models are available for civilian purchase. In order to get full access to the products and ship an order to your home from an online supplier, you need an FFL license. For more information, check out our guides.
Simplicity of construction and time-proven reliability have made the Glock the weapon of choice for countless law enforcement agencies around the world. In addition to serving those who protect us at home, Glock partners with various governments to help equip their military with high-quality weapons that can withstand the rigors of battle.
While Glocks are a popular firearm that won't break the bank, it's important to know that they aren't equipped with a traditional safety switch. Instead, it uses three internal mechanisms to prevent accidental discharge of the weapon. As always, treat each weapon as if it were loaded. Security is key when it comes to these tools.
Since Glock has so many models and information to look at, we decided to narrow down our list and test some of the more popular pistols. The following opinions are personal and do not necessarily mean that everyone agrees. The data below the image includes summarized bullets and company specifications. Best Micro 9mm Concealed Carry Handguns
Thousands of civilians use Glocks as their primary concealed carry weapon, and its reputation for reliability will make you feel confident that it will be ready to go when you need it.
This G26 is one of Glock's most popular concealed carry models. It has a compact size that allows it to be hidden in the waist and remains comfortable even for a longer period of time. Because it's such a compact gun, its overall effective range is reduced compared to other models, although it's still accurate for those who practice up close or a lot. A common complaint concerns the weapon's standard grip. Because it's small, the pinky and ring finger hang up and cause the gun to move after a couple of turns. To maintain the correct picture of the sight, it is common to have to adjust the grip of the G26.
The G42 is the smallest firearm Glock offers, measuring just six inches from the tip of the barrel to the back of the grip. This makes it ideal for carrying in your pocket, with a slim single-stack frame. Because of its small size and small width compared to most other pistols, the G42 is often awkward for those with larger hands. It's great for those who want to carry something for convenience or want to hide a spare firearm.
If you like the feel of the G42, but want something bigger with a little more stopping power, the G43 is your gun. The increased surface area of the handle makes it easier to handle, even for those with larger hands. For a concealed carry weapon, this firearm creates a balance of control and stopping power that will ensure a consistent shooting group. Again, due to the simple frame, this weapon uses single stack magazines and reduces overall capacity compared to other weapons.
Best Compact 9mm Pistol: The Perfect Ccws?
While the gun is not compact, it is certainly capable of concealed carry. Rather than a large compact, this is like a scaled-down version of the full-size G17, and the benefits are amazing. In fact, it may be the most popular concealed carry gun on the market.
The long barrel improves accuracy, the grip makes control second nature and the increased capacity ensures you're prepared for even the worst situations. While it's a personal preference, the stock sights don't do this gun the justice it deserves, but are easily swapped out for something more efficient.
We don't mean that the top guns should only be used for concealed carry, or that the bottom firearms should be reserved for anything. In our opinion, larger firearms tend to be awkward and the concealment aspect can be difficult to maintain. For these reasons, we have relegated the following firearms to the category of home defense or service firearms. Their increased size provides better accuracy, capacity and stopping power than many of the guns listed above.
The G17 is the big brother of the G19. Both fire the same round, though the larger frame allows the G17 to outperform its sibling in nearly every competitive category. If you need a reliable primary weapon, the G17 is a popular choice among law enforcement officers. The main disadvantage of this weapon is that it holds only one 9mm round, and in some situations the lack of stopping power can be detrimental to the user. That being said, many people tend to argue that the other side of the coin is that you can carry more blades.

Cons: The pistol's relatively light weight may make the .45 caliber rounds difficult for some shooters to handle.
The G21 is the big boy of the Glock world. It features the famous .45 round that made the Colt Model 1911 famous. This firearm is great for those who don't want to risk keeping an attacker coming, even though it can be a lot of shots.
